Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Below are our current shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, delivery estimates, and duty information.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary slightly depending on destination, courier capacity, and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

U.S. orders: No duties to be paid. Ships from warehouses in the U.S.

EU orders: No duties to be paid. Ships from our warehouse in Frankfurt, Germany.

UK orders: No duties to be paid. Ships from our warehouse in Braintree, UK.

All other regions: Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means local duties or taxes may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived:

  1. Check your tracking link from the shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact your local courier with your tracking number.

  3. If further assistance is needed, email us at help@partiqlar.com with your order number.

Shipping & Order Modifications

Note that we can’t alter shipping addresses once an order is placed and aren’t responsible for reshipping to a new address.

Otherwise, our customers have a 30 minute window to contact us at help@partiqlar.com to make changes to their order itself.
